We love fundraisers!
Art night fundraisers are a fun and unique way to raise money your cause.
I am very happy to offer this to our customers. It’s a great opportunity for us to learn more about what causes are important to you and a great way for us to help out the community (and have fun doing it).
This is how it works:
The fundraiser coordinator (you) sets the final price of the ticket for the event. An average price for a fundraiser ticket is generally $40.
As the coordinator you can set the final price higher than that if you like. We will keep $25 and the charity gets the remaining amount. Example: You can set price per ticket at $45, the studio keeps $25 and the charity receives the remaining $20.
Some restaurants will donate 20% of the food and beverage bill to the charity as well. This is just something to keep in mind when searching for a venue.
The Creative Soul will make payment to your charity within 14 days of the event.
All ticket sales are handled through my website so there is no extra work involved for the coordinator. I will keep in close contact with the coordinator to keep them posted on how ticket sales are going.
